Me.
People who work with me will tell you:

I’m loud, not hilarious at all (even if I try constantly), but dedicated to the projects I take on. For me, going the extra mile isn’t optional – it’s where the magic begins.

I started out in journalism, studied something with music and words (still can only play one song on the piano – ask for Colorblind), and worked in jobs so mind-numbingly boring and uncreative that even the toughest overtime on set feels like partying with Ronald McDonald (best party for me).

When I’m not working, I’m basically scouting: the next story, the next soundtrack, the next shot. I entered film as a journalist, producer, and runner. I’ve held a camera (shaky), recorded sound (please don’t ask – thank you, Dominik Schulz!), and ordered catering (definitely not gluten-free). The list of anecdotes is long, but here’s the point:
crew love is true love.

I don’t need a scarf, a director’s chair, or a bad mood. Because every film is a shared dedication – no film can or should be made alone.
And as a woman born in the late GDR, I can tell you:
breaking through walls (and ceilings) has always been my thing.
